Do you take walk ins?

No, all services are by appointment only. 

How soon can I get an appointment, today?

Unfortunately day of appointments are very rare, unless a cancellation arises.  Courtney will go thru her cancellation list to fill spots first. 

I have shellac on my nails from another place, can you remove it? 

There will be an added charge to remove any previous nail product that was done elsewhere.  Please note, gel and acrylic extensions will not be removed due to allergies.  All must be off before a shellac service.

Do you do gel and acrylic nail extensions? 

Courtney is allergic to pure gel and acrylic products. She only performs shellac nails. 

I would like to purchase an item from the website, how do I do that?

Simply send Courtney a message with your name and the item you’d wish to purchase. If you don’t already have her number; go to the contact us section and all info can be found there. Courtney will then be in touch with the next steps. Acceptable forms of payment are e-transfer, cash, or debit/credit in person (at time of pick up)

Where is pick up? 

All orders can be picked up from Courtney’s home studio in OakBluff. Please wait for Courtney to arrange a pick up time for you. If you have an upcoming appointment, you can wait to pick up your order then if you wish.

Do you offer delivery? 

Yes we do! Delivery city wide is $15. Delivery within OakBluff and surrounding area is free.

Can you ship out my order in the mail? 

Yes! We offer shipping via Canada Post. Flat rate shipping is $25. If you wish to have your order shipped, please let Courtney know at time of purchase and she will collect all necessary information from you.

How do I return my item?

All products in the boutique are a FINAL SALE. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I’m a bit sick should I cancel my appointment, will I be charged? 

If you are showing any signs of illness please contact Courtney to reschedule your appointment.  In this case you will not be charged any cancellation fees.  We want to make sure everyone stays safe. 

An item I really wanted sold out - will it restock? 

All collections come in small batches.  Therefore cannot be guaranteed a restock.  But if an item is in high demand and can be restocked we will try our best to do so!

What is your cancellation fee?

Please allow minimum 24hrs to cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service you were scheduled for. All cancellation fees must be paid in full before you are able to book another appointment.

Is the treatment painful?

Traditional dermal rolling techniques proved to be a bloody and painful treatment, requiring the application of topical anaesthetic cream before treatments. How should I prepare my skin for a D4™ procedure?

How many treatments are recommended for rejuvenation, acne scarring and stretch marks? (General guide)

Rejuvenation*: 3-6 treatments (6-8 weeks apart)

Acne scarring: 4-6 treatments (6-8 weeks apart)

Stretch marks: 4-8 treatments (6-8 weeks apart)

Pigmentation: 4-6 treatments (2-4 weeks apart)

*Superficial treatments maybe recommended at 4 weekly intervals

How soon after filler/muscle relaxant injections can I have a Dp4™ procedure?

While there is no clinical evidence that D4™ treatments counteract with any particular injectables, it is important to let your clinician know if you have had an injectable treatment, or are planning one in the near future. Your clinician will be able to advise you on when to schedule your treatment appropriately.

How long should it take before I see results?

Typically, you will see results after the first treatment. Lasting and more significant results will become visible after 3 to 6 treatments (spaced 2-8 weeks apart). The condition of your skin will continue to improve over the next 6-12 months after a course of treatments, especially when combined with the recommended post-treatment care.

Is there any downtime after treatments?

Generally no, but you may experience facial redness for 12-48 hours after the treatment. Most people are able to return to normal daily activities immediately after the treatment.

Cancellation policy 

If you are unable to make your appointment please provide a minimum 24hr notice.  As much notice as possible is greatly appreciated. 

Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service fee. 

No shows will be charged 100% service fee.  All fees must be paid in order to reschedule your service. 

We understand life happens and incase of an emergency these fees will be waived.  Please be kind.

Please note all skincare products, wellness products, self care items and clothing are final sale.

Local Pick Up: FREE

Pick up from the studio is always free. Make sure to have confirmation from Courtney as to when your order will be ready for pick up. The studio is located in OakBluff.


Winnipeg Local Delivery: $15

Please ensure all proper contact information including address, postal code, email, cell phone number is provided, a confirmation from Courtney will be sent once delivery is made. Once the delivery has occurred we are no longer responsible for any damaged or lost packages. Please leave any details for your delivery with Courtney at time of purchase.
